Taxes, fees, or additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the Services availed.
2.3. Payment Terms: You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services at the time of booking or as per agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation or suspension of the Services.

4. Room Upgrades, Downgrades, and Guest Policies

4.1. Room Upgradation: Room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Any tariff difference must be paid by the guest.
4.2. Room Downgrade on Arrival: In the event of unavailability or overbooking, guests may be assigned a downgraded room upon arrival, and the tariff difference will be reimbursed.
4.3. Guest Limits: A maximum of 4 guests is allowed in one cottage, and a maximum of 2 guests in the second cottage. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges.
4.4. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior intimation, and a charge of Rs. 1000 per pet will apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellation Timeline:

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows.​

5.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
